Katarzyna Smugarzewska

Born in Dzierżoniów in 1994. In 2019, she completed her master's studies in the field of Visual Arts, obtained a diploma with honors at the Institute of Visual Arts, Faculty of Arts of the University of Zielona Góra in the Studio of Drawing and Multimedia led by dr hab. Radosław Czarkowski prof. UZ. In 2020, the winner of the Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń award in the International Student Drawing Competition „#rysować” organized by Art Gallery Wozownia in Toruń. In 2022 she completed her bachelor's degree in Art therapy.

Participant of collective and individual exhibitions in Poland and abroad. He deals with interdisciplinary activities, drawing, installation, object and photography. The inspiration to create is often the surrounding reality, observation and commentary on important social events. During her studies, she was active in the PWW Scientific Circle and participated in many student exhibitions. She participated in projects in Poland and abroad related to art and education of people with disabilities.
